Coconut Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coconut water
¾ cup sea moss gel
A pinch of pink sea salt (optional)


Instructions:


In a blender, combine the coconut milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
Add the coconut water and sea moss gel.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a pinch of pink sea salt if desired, and blend again to incorporate.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing
