Velvety Sea Moss Chocolate Pudding


Ingredients:

1 cup sea moss gel
3 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup cacao powder
1/3 cup dark agave, date sugar, or coconut sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
A pinch of pink sea salt
A pinch of cinnamon


Instructions:

In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, unsweetened almond or coconut milk, and pure vanilla extract.
Add the cacao powder, sweetener of your choice (raw honey, date sugar, or coconut sugar), coconut oil, pink sea salt, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
