Ingredients:
¾ cup sea moss gel
1 cup ripe pineapple, chopped
4 pitted dates
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ teaspoon turmeric
1 ¼ cups coconut water
½ cup coconut milk
A pinch of pink sea salt
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the sea moss gel, ripe pineapple, pitted dates, and hemp seeds.
Add the cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract, turmeric, and a pinch of pink sea salt.

Add the coconut milk and coconut water, then blend again until well combined.
